Depending on the nature of the transaction, Heritage Art Bazaar may act as a direct seller, facilitator, or marketplace platform for certain transactions involving independent artists, artisans, and third-party sellers.
3.1 Certain features of the Platform may require account registration.
3.2 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, safeguarding passwords, restricting unauthorized access, and all activities conducted under your account.
3.3 You agree to immediately notify Heritage Art Bazaar of any unauthorized use of your account or any security breach related to the Platform.

4.2 Handmade, hand-painted, handcrafted, or artisan-created products may naturally contain slight variations in texture, color, dimensions, brushwork, pattern, finish, or materials. Such variations are inherent characteristics of handmade products and shall not be considered manufacturing defects.
4.3 We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, dimensions, pricing, colors, and images as accurately as possible. However, actual colors may vary depending on screen displays, dimensions may slightly differ, and handcrafted products may not appear identical due to their handmade nature.
4.4 Heritage Art Bazaar reserves the right to refuse orders, limit product quantities, discontinue products, update pricing, remove listings, or modify product descriptions where reasonably necessary for operational, legal, or business purposes.

5.2 Heritage Art Bazaar reserves the right to remove listings, suspend sellers, reject submissions, or terminate collaborations where infringement, misconduct, counterfeit products, plagiarism, unlawful activity, or unauthorized usage is suspected.
5.3 Heritage Art Bazaar acts as a facilitator for certain third-party seller transactions and shall not be responsible for seller misrepresentations or intellectual property violations except where liability is required under applicable law.
5.4 Artwork images, product photographs, creative content, and materials displayed on the Platform may not be copied, reproduced, downloaded, commercially reused, scraped, or used for AI training, machine learning, or similar technologies without prior written consent from Heritage Art Bazaar or the respective rights holder
6.1 All prices displayed on the Platform are in Indian Rupees (INR), unless otherwise stated.
6.2 Prices and product availability may be updated or modified from time to time.
6.3 Payments are securely processed through authorized third-party payment gateways. Heritage Art Bazaar does not store complete payment card information.

7.3 While Heritage Art Bazaar works closely with trusted logistics partners, delivery delays caused by courier services, customs clearance, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond reasonable control may occasionally occur.
7.4 Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information for successful delivery.
7.5 Risk and ownership of products shall pass to the customer upon successful delivery.
8.1 Due to the handmade and unique nature of the products, returns and refunds are accepted only in limited circumstances, including damaged, defective, or incorrect products delivered.
8.2 Customers must notify Heritage Art Bazaar within 3 days of delivery by providing order details, photographs or videos, and a clear description of the issue.
8.3 Customized, personalized, commissioned, or made-to-order products are generally non-returnable and non-refundable unless received in a damaged or defective condition.
8.4 Refund approvals are subject to inspection and verification by Heritage Art Bazaar.
8.5 Approved refunds shall be processed through the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

9.4 Delivery timelines for commissioned or custom artworks are estimates and may vary depending on the complexity of the work and artisan production timelines.
10.1 All Platform content, including artwork images, logos, trademarks, graphics, website layouts, product descriptions, videos, illustrations, text, digital assets, and software, are owned by or licensed to Heritage Art Bazaar or the respective artists and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
10.2 No content displayed on the Platform may be copied, reproduced, modified, republished, uploaded, distributed, commercially exploited, scraped, or otherwise used without prior written consent.
10.3 Purchase of an artwork does not transfer copyright ownership unless expressly agreed in writing.
10.4 Heritage Art Bazaar reserves the right to remove or restrict any artwork, listing, or content suspected of plagiarism, copyright infringement, counterfeit activity, or unauthorized usage.
10.5 Artwork images, product photographs, and creative content displayed on the Platform may not be used for AI training, machine learning, scraping, or similar technologies without prior written consent.
11.1 By submitting reviews, testimonials, comments, suggestions, or feedback, you grant Heritage Art Bazaar a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content for platform operations, marketing, and promotional purposes.
11.2 Users agree not to submit content that is unlawful, abusive, defamatory, misleading, obscene, threatening, discriminatory, or infringing.
11.3 Heritage Art Bazaar reserves the right to monitor, edit, or remove user content where reasonably necessary for legal, operational, or platform safety purposes.

purchase, sale, delivery, or use of products obtained through the Platform;
errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in content or listings;
third-party seller conduct or misrepresentation;
delays caused by logistics providers, customs, production timelines, or events beyond reasonable control;

any reliance placed on information, content, or materials available through the Platform.
