I am Kiran Gorwala, a Warli artist and fine artist belonging to the Adivasi Warli tribe. In all my paintings, I reflect the daily life and routine of village life. Through my art, I try to showcase that the Warli tribe has its own unique stories, myths, and culture. Since my childhood, I have been painting Warli art. The concept of my paintings comes from the culture and traditions of my community. My work is based on our traditional myths and folklore, and now I transform these Warli stories and myths into creative paintings. My aim is to keep our Warli heritage alive while presenting it in a contemporary form to the world .ACHIEVEMENTS:Warli Painting Exhibition at Autumn Fair International 2024, NEC, Birmingham, United KingdomAadi Chitra, Tribes India, Lalit Kala Akademi Exhibition, New Delhi - 2024Zee 24 Taas - "Kaladhipati" - Live Warli Painting Demo, Mumbai - 2023Selected Book Cover Page "Aparanteeka", Kokan Marathi Sahitya Parishad, Palghar - 2022"Adivasi Ratan - Kalakar Award", Adivasi Vikas Vibhag, Maharashtra Shasan - 2019Adivasi Yuva Seva Sangha (MahaTribe), Malaysia - 2018Award for Caricature at Youth Festival, Aurangabad - 2014Warli Painting Exhibition at "Diwali at Times Square", New York, USA - 2014"Rashtriya Kalaratna Award" by Council for Economic Growth & Research - 2010COLLECTION:Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Vastu Sangrahalaya (Prince of Wales Museum), Mumbai - 2024
