Deepanshu Singhania

I am Deepanshu Singhania, a graduate of IIT Kanpur in Electronics with a minor in Fine Arts. After pursuing a career in software development for 9 years, I decided to quit my job and follow my true passion. This led me to specialise in Indian miniature painting under the guidance of Padma Shri Vijay Sharma from Chamba. Now, with over 12 years of experience in art, I aim not only to preserve traditional Indian art but also to make it relevant to the modern world. I have been fortunate to be selected for the “One State, One Artist” national event, where I represented Himachal Pradesh’s miniature painting tradition, as well as the Sadaneera National Event in Bhopal, the International Dussehra Art Workshop in Kullu, and more. Apart from art, I am passionate about sports and adventure. I am a certified scuba diver, a full marathon finisher in Ladakh and Mumbai, an avid trekker, cyclist, snowboarder, and someone who enjoys anything that challenges both the mind and the body.
